All orders are shipped discreetly. Your billing statement will reflect a neutral company name.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Adult Products & Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate products, adult products, lingerie, personal care items, or any products that have been opened, used, worn, tested, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened adult products
• Used intimate products
• Personal care items
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
However, pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
